Sense & Respond Learning offers product management, design, innovation, and transformation training that is trusted by the biggest and most successful companies in the world.

Founded in 2017 by Jeff Gothelf and Josh Seiden, our training helps companies be more collaborative, more strategic, more agile, more customer-centric, and ultimately more successful.

Jeff and Josh have been coaching, mentoring, and training product teams, separately and together, for decades. They started working together in 2011. Shortly after that, one of the world’s largest digital payments companies hired them to train their global teams. To complete that engagement, Jeff and Josh traveled around the world—literally—developing, delivering, and iterating their training materials. That experience of building and delivering curriculum together laid the foundation for their first book, Lean UX, and for Sense & Repond Learning’s training business.

Since 2011, Jeff and Josh have created classes for product managers, engineers, project managers, designers, human resource professionals, and many more. Their courses cover topics that range from agile methods, strategy, team collaboration, strategy, OKRs, outcome-centricity, lean methods, product management, product discovery, and much more.

Jeff and Josh continue to lead classes and workshop. We also work with a carefully selected group of training partners to deliver Sense & Respond Learning courses and workshops, which allows us to reach markets around the world.
